Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain detailed student records and communicate regularly with parents and school staff. Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices in special education. Desired Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching credential or certification. Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings. Strong understanding of federal and state special education laws and regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to create engaging, supportive, and adaptive lessons that meet diverse learner needs.
