Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Maintain detailed documentation and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in professional development and multidisciplinary team meetings Desired Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA State licensure to practice as an SLP in Connecticut Experience working with school-aged children across a range of speech and language disorders Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Familiarity with special education regulations and protocols Location: Storrs Mansfield, Connecticut This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students communication skills throughout the school year.
