A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a full-semester contract position in a K-12 school setting located in Lanham, Maryland. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations Monitor and report on student progress regularly throughout the semester Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings Strong knowledge of speech and language development and related disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain detailed documentation Location: Lanham, Maryland Job Duration: Full Semester Contract This position offers a chance to engage with diverse students and support their communication growth during the school year.
