Overview
The Plumbing & Mechanical Marketing Lead collaborates with the regional sales leadership, business units and marketing teams to lead the development and execution of partner-focused marketing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in driving partner engagement, building pipeline, and accelerating revenue across our channel ecosystem. Working collaboratively with sales, product marketing, and partner teams to craft and optimize go-to-market strategies that elevate brand visibility and enable partner success.
Job Functions Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and partner priorities. This includes translating P&L goals into actionable marketing programs
Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel initiatives and ensure alignment with ROI goals
Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscapes to guide strategy direction
Act as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners and internal stakeholders, driving cross-functional alignment
Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and creative operations to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution
Campaign Management
Design and implement joint marketing campaigns with key partners, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement.
Rep Agency Enablement
Design, develop, and deliver marketing toolkits, co-branded assets, and sales enablement materials tailored to partner needs
Lead onboarding and training programs to ensure partners are fully equipped with brand-aligned messaging and capabilities
Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess marketing effectiveness, understand their evolving needs, and ensure alignment with company objectives
Analytics & Optimization
Build and deploy measurement tools to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements and optimization tactics
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor a team of channel marketing managers across diverse product lines, providing direction, support, and clear expectations for performance and strategic execution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related studies is required; MBA preferred
10+ years of marketing experience with focus on traditional, omnichannel segments
Experience in managing new product development initiatives or launches
Strong knowledge and proven use of data access tools and advanced PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
Experience managing wholesale and agency distribution
Ability to travel up to 20%
The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
Salary Range: $93,000 - $129,000
