A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a K-12 educational setting located in Flushing, NY. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Monitor and document student performance and maintain accurate records Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and provide recommendations Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches in speech-language pathology Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Location: Flushing, New York This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills within a dynamic school environment.
