Role Overview:You will manage a caseload of approximately 28 students, providing assessments, individualized therapy, and collaboration with educators and families to support communication development and academic success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop tailored therapy plans Deliver direct speech and language therapy based on student needs Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations and modifications Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to goal setting Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with IEP processes and educational laws Benefits include competitive hourly pay, scheduled hours aligning with the academic calendar, and guaranteed work hours, all set within a scenic Upstate New York community.
