A contracted Occupational Therapist position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Waterbury, CT. This role focuses on providing therapeutic interventions to enhance students' functional abilities, promoting their academic and social success throughout the school year.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Provide direct therapy services to students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with valid credentials. Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and educational accommodations. Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff. Proficient in developing individualized education program (IEP) goals related to occupational therapy.
