Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies to support student well-being. Assist in the development of intervention plans and contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting positive mental health. Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to comply with district and state regulations. Desired Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification. Experience working within K-12 educational settings. Knowledge of assessment tools, behavior intervention strategies, and special education laws. Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
