Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment strategies Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral supports Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Participate in meetings and present findings and recommendations to school administrators and stakeholders Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for school-age children Ability to communicate effectively with educators, parents, and students Proven skills in data collection, interpretation, and report writing Position Details: Contract duration: 2025-2026 school year Work schedule: 32.5 hours per week Location: Onsite in Weston, MA, with potential for flipped onsite arrangements if applicable District-wide responsibilities requiring flexibility and collaboration This position offers the opportunity to positively impact student behavioral outcomes through evidence-based practices in a supportive educational environment.
