This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school district in Worcester, MA during the 2025-2026 school year. The role is a contract position requiring approximately 32.5 hours per week. This district-wide assignment will primarily be onsite, with flexibility to adjust if schedules are flipped.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for students across K-12 settings Conduct assessments and provide data-driven behavioral interventions Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure effective program delivery Train and support school personnel in behavioral strategies and best practices Present progress and findings to designated stakeholders, including leadership Qualifications: Current BCBA certification Experience working in K-12 educational environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple cases and provide district-wide support Commitment to promoting positive student outcomes through evidence-based practices Location: Worcester, Massachusetts (onsite with options for adjusted scheduling if flipped) This role offers an engaging, meaningful chance to influence student success across a diverse educational community.
