A part-time occupational therapy opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Aurora, IL. This contract role runs from August 19, 2025, through June 1, 2026, with paid orientation sessions scheduled for August 4-5. The position requires providing therapy services two days per week during the school year.

Key responsibilities include: Supporting students participation in classroom activities by addressing fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care abilities Modifying tasks and environments to accommodate individual student needs Conducting diagnostic and evaluation testing as appropriate Preparing clear, comprehensive reports based on assessments and observations Developing and maintaining IEP objectives and accommodations Collaborating with parents, teachers, and peers to monitor developmental progress and provide necessary support Qualifications: Must hold or be eligible to hold an Illinois state occupational therapy license Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility and problem-solving aptitude to meet students varied needs Benefits include paid orientation, a stable part-time schedule, competitive pay based on experience, weekly pay, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
