Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect speech-language pathology services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to coordinate and enhance student care. Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents, including during high-stress or crisis situations. Travel between multiple school sites may be required as part of the daily responsibilities. Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations regarding speech-language pathology services. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field. Active Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work onsite (no virtual options available). Experience providing services to school-age children preferred.
