Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate effectively with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement treatment plans and monitor progress. Communicate clearly and compassionately with staff, students, and parents, especially during stressful or crisis situations. Travel between multiple school sites as necessary during the school day. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field. Active SLPA certification/license. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-site school environment.
