This position involves providing physical therapy services within a K-12 school setting in Bryant, AR, supporting students with a variety of needs throughout the contract school year (CSY). Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy interventions for students across K-12 grades. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress. Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary. Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and reviews. Maintain compliance with school policies and professional standards. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with relevant credentials. Experience working in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred. Ability to manage a mixed caseload comprising students with diverse therapeutic needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
