Occupational Therapist Full-Time Contract (K-12) San Mateo, CA We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services for students across K-12 in an elementary school setting located in San Mateo, California. This full-time contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, offering an opportunity to deliver impactful care in a dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs, supporting their academic success and functional independence. Implement individualized treatment plans both in-person at the school and through teletherapy platforms. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to optimize student outcomes. Document progress and maintain compliance with school and healthcare regulations. Conduct assessments and modify interventions to address evolving student needs. Provide home health service consultations as necessary to support student development outside the school setting. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with a valid California license. Experience in school-based occupational therapy, including delivering services across elementary through high school levels. Proficiency in teletherapy and home health occupational therapy models. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt therapies to suit individual student goals and environments.
