Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence. Provide evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress. Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to ensure accessibility and continuity of care. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to personalize interventions and support educational goals. Document all assessments, treatments, and communications promptly and accurately according to regulatory standards. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and especially school-based therapy. Proven ability to adapt therapy approaches across settings to meet diverse student needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective coordination with educational staff and families.
