This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) professional to serve students in grades K-12 during the 2025-26 school year in Olympia, WA. This full-time, on-site contract position offers a chance to provide essential speech and language support within a dynamic school setting.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students K-12. Implement evidence-based therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social communication disorders. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs). Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working in educational settings preferred, especially with K-12 populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to student-centered care and professional development.
