A full-time, contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role offers the chance to support a diverse caseload in a dynamic school environment located in Olympia, WA.

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Certificate of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Active or pending license to practice in Washington state Ability to manage a full-time caseload of approximately 37-40 hours per week Benefits: Matching 401(k) plan Health, dental, and life insurance with industry-leading coverage Streamlined interview and hiring process This contract position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes.
