Key Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably K-12 Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators and families Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one ABA services to students with behavioral and developmental challenges Collect and document data on student progress and behavior Collaborate with the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and school staff Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on established protocols Support students in developing social, communication, and adaptive skills Location: Lakewood, WA Duration: Contract position for the school year (NSY) This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' lives by supporting their behavioral and educational goals. Candidates with the required certification and a passion for working in an educational environment are encouraged to apply. Compensation for this position ranges from $24.77 to $44.77.
