Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students with disabilities. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress and success. Utilize differentiated instructional strategies to engage middle school students across various subject areas. Monitor and assess student performance, providing timely feedback and adjustments to teaching methods. Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal special education regulations. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with middle school students in an inclusive classroom environment. Strong knowledge of special education laws, instructional techniques, and behavioral interventions. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with parents and administrators. Commitment to fostering a supportive and adaptive learning atmosphere.
