A specialized opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support elementary-aged students in a school setting located in Lowell, MA. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services tailored to elementary students to support their academic and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and assessments. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies within the classroom environment. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet goals effectively. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with elementary school-aged children in a school or clinical setting. Ability to effectively manage a caseload and prioritize tasks. Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and educators. Understanding of educational objectives and the role of occupational therapy within school-based programs.
