This full-time occupational therapy position offers the opportunity to support a diverse caseload of approximately 50 K-12 students within a dynamic school setting in Lowell, MA and Lynn, MA. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions tailored to students educational goals Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide consultation to classroom staff on strategies to support sensory, fine motor, and self-regulation needs Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education services Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based settings Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and therapy techniques relevant to K-12 students Ability to manage a caseload of 50 students and maintain thorough documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Position Details: Location: Lowell, MA and Lynn, MA Student Population: K-12 Caseload: Approximately 50 students Schedule: Full-time, 35+ hours per week Contract Duration: Non-school year through end of academic year; contract position This role provides a rewarding chance to make a meaningful difference in students lives by fostering their growth and educational achievement.
