What Youll Do: Work with students to improve fine motor, gross motor, and sensory skills
Partner with teachers and staff to create strategies that support student success
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
What Were Looking For: Active Oregon OT license (or eligibility)
Experience in school settings is a plus but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for helping students gain independence and confidence
