Key Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy to students with diverse needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Support students fine motor, gross motor, and sensory development
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
Maintain progress reports and accurate documentation
Qualifications: Active Oregon OT license or the ability to obtain one
School-based experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A passion for helping students grow and thrive
