Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver therapy services, including teletherapy options, tailored to meet students unique needs Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches to maximize outcomes Support students in developing effective communication skills to enhance academic and social participation Qualifications and Experience: Current Texas State SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience in school-based settings is preferred but not required Comfort with teletherapy and direct/indirect services is a plus Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary educational environment Location: Arlington, TX (School-based contract) Benefits and Perks: Weekly pay with guaranteed hours Compensation for both direct and indirect services Liability insurance coverage Health, vision, and dental insurance options 401(k) retirement plan participation This role offers a meaningful way to contribute to student growth while developing your professional skills in a supportive setting.
