Responsibilities: Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate cardiac care, including those on telemetry. Administer medications, assess patient vitals, and interpret EKG readings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in line with facility standards. Qualifications: Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in cardiac progressive care or telemetry. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
