Location: Newburgh, IN Company: Soliant Health Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med Surg/Tele RN) for a travel assignment in Newburgh, IN. This position is in the Cardiac Renal Unit, providing specialized care for patients with cardiac and renal conditions. Responsibilities: Monitor and care for patients with cardiac and renal conditions in a fast-paced telemetry unit.
Interpret and respond to telemetry readings, administer medications, and manage complex patient conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and recovery.
Respond to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions.
Qualifications: Active RN license (IN or compact).
Minimum of two years of strong cardiac/telemetry experience.
Level II Trauma experience required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
