A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to support K-5 students in a school setting in Waterford, MI. This contract position begins ASAP and continues through May 29, 2026, with a caseload of 52 students. The role involves working full time, 37.5 hours per week, providing speech and language services to young learners.

Ideal candidates hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and have experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, or school-based settings. New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply. Flexibility and strong communication skills will be essential for effectively delivering therapy both in-person and through teletherapy platforms as needed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students aged K-5 Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation of student goals, progress notes, and reports Utilize teletherapy methods when appropriate to ensure consistent service delivery Qualifications and Desired Experience: SLP Certification with CCC from ASHA or eligibility Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 52 students Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's communication skills in an educational environment.
