A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide support for an early childhood PreK caseload (ages 3-5) during a maternity leave contract. This role begins in November and extends through June, with the possibility of continuing into the 2025-2026 school year. The position is located in a school setting in Gilroy, CA, focusing on early intervention and developmental support for young children.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to PreK children with diverse communication needs. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in alignment with established goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant policies and regulations. Provide guidance and recommendations to educators and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals. Qualifications: Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC). Experience working with early childhood populations (ages 3-5) is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and staff. Flexibility to commit to the contract duration, including potential extension into the following school year.
