Soliant is seeking a dedicated Moderate/Severe Special Education Teacher to work in a center-based classroom in Colorado. The caseload consists of five students, some with severe needs. This role requires close collaboration with two paraprofessionals to provide tailored instruction and support for each students unique requirements.

Student Needs:
Be prepared to work with students who have moderate to severe disabilities. Candidates should understand and be comfortable with the intensity of needs involved.
Caseload:
Manage a small caseload of five students, ensuring individualized attention and targeted educational plans.
Classroom Support:
Work alongside two paraprofessionals who assist in daily classroom activities and student care.
Certification Requirement:
Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education teaching certification is mandatory.
Hiring Process:
Step 1:
Prescreen call or Zoom interview to assess initial fit.
Step 2:
Candidates who pass the prescreen will be invited to a panel interview either onsite or via Zoom.
Qualifications:
Colorado Special Education certification (CDE)
Experience working with moderate to severe disabilities preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to inclusive and individualized instruction
