Key qualifications include: An active Special Education teaching license valid in Colorado Experience working within K-12 educational environments, particularly middle school levels Ability to implement instructional strategies in resource settings for students with diverse learning needs Comfort and skill in both push-in and pull-out teaching models Responsibilities: Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive classroom experiences Provide tailored instruction that meets the individualized education program (IEP) goals of each student Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed Maintain records and communicate student development with families and school personnel This position offers the chance to work in a supportive educational setting with a focus on sustainable caseloads, enabling impactful and meaningful teaching experiences.
