Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Employ developmentally appropriate therapeutic techniques to enhance students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy licensure for the state of New Jersey. Experience working in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children. Strong understanding of developmental milestones and therapeutic interventions relevant to the school environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing student needs in a dynamic school atmosphere.
