Key Responsibilities: Provide adaptive physical education services tailored to individual student needs across K-12 grade levels. Deliver physical therapy interventions in collaboration with healthcare and educational professionals. Assess, develop, and implement therapy plans targeting physical improvement and functional mobility. Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and healthcare teams regarding student goals and achievements. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and school policies. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), or adaptive physical education certification. Experience in both healthcare and school settings preferred. Ability to adapt therapy approaches to pediatric populations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of special education regulations and student confidentiality requirements.
