School-Based Caseload Job Description: Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year in Silverdale, Washington. This position is school-based, serving students in a K-12 caseload. As a member of the Soliant team, youll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' development and educational experiences. Responsibilities include: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with varying needs, as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Assess student needs through formal evaluations and observations. Develop and implement therapy programs that address fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills to improve independence and academic success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure students goals are met. Maintain clear documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
