Serve as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing critical behavioral support within a K-12 school setting. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and document accurate data on student behaviors and progress Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies Assist in developing individualized programs tailored to student needs Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions Desired Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention techniques Ability to adapt to different student needs and learning environments Location: New Castle, Delaware Duration: Contract for the academic school year (CSY) Working in this role provides the chance to make a meaningful impact on students educational experiences and behavioral development.
