A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 20252026 school year at an elementary school in suburban Chicago, IL. This contract position runs from September 2025 through June 2026, serving students primarily in grades K12, with a focus on elementary and some high school caseload.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for school-aged students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs Provide direct speech therapy and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to support student success Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Familiarity with IEP processes and educational regulations Location: Suburban Chicago, Illinois This contract position offers scheduled school hours with vacations aligned to the academic calendar and guaranteed work hours.
