A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting in Charleston, Illinois. This contract role focuses on providing comprehensive assessment and therapy services for students, supporting their communication development throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial speech and language assessments for students. Deliver individualized therapy services tailored to student needs. Develop and implement personalized goals based on assessment results. Maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state regulations. Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student progress. Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Illinois SLP license and certification. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Experience working in school-based settings preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Role Details: Full-time contract position for the current school year. Manage a caseload of approximately 2035 students. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy sessions, and goal setting to support student outcomes.
