new client in Camptonville, California , and were looking for a passionate
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
or
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
to support an
elementary-only caseload
on a
part-time basis (1 day/week) . This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to provide
virtual supervision
and oversight or for an SLPA seeking an
onsite, hands-on role
with young learners in a supportive school environment. Position Overview:
Location:
Camptonville, CA
Role:
SLP (Virtual Supervision) + SLPA (Onsite Service Delivery) or SLP onsite
Schedule:
1 day per week (flexible scheduling)
Caseload:
Elementary students only
Start Date:
ASAP
Client Type:
School-based (New client partnership)
Responsibilities May Include:
For SLP (Supervisor Role): Provide
virtual supervision and support
to the onsite SLPA
Oversee service delivery and ensure IEP compliance
Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop IEP goals (as needed)
Collaborate with school staff and families
For SLPA (Onsite Role): Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
Implement IEP goals under SLP supervision
Maintain session notes and assist with progress monitoring
Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP and school team
Qualifications:
SLP Requirements: Active
California SLP license
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
Experience providing virtual supervision is a plus
School-based experience preferred
SLPA Requirements: Valid
California SLPA license
Experience working in a school setting with elementary students preferred
Must be comfortable working onsite with virtual SLP support
Job Type:
Part-Time (1 day/week)
W-2 or 1099 contract options
20252026 school year (with potential for extension)
