Current Minnesota PELSB School Psychologist license
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive, defensible assessments and write clear, compliant reports
Thorough knowledge of IDEA and Minnesota Rule 3525 compliance requirements
Availability to work
at least two school days per week
Ability to maintain timely due process and documentation for special education forms
Scope of Work:
Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for special education eligibility
Prepare defensible and legally compliant reports
Provide consultation and support related to Multitiered System of Supports in Minnesota (MnMTSS)
Support Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and risk/threat assessments
Collaborate with school teams to ensure timely and accurate special education processes
Contract Details:
This is a contract position under a
1099 or vendor agreement
Background check required prior to start
Contract term runs through the
202526 school year , with an option for extension based on performance and need
