This part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting located in Joliet, IL. Serving high school students in grades 9-12, this contract position offers a schedule of three days per week, totaling 21 hours.

Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 students primarily in grades 9-12. Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with regulatory standards. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of adolescents within the school environment. Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school or healthcare settings. Knowledge of teletherapy service delivery methods is a plus. Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply. Credentials as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) working in school or healthcare settings will be considered. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and staff. Schedule and Location: Part-time, three days per week. Working hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
