Assist students with developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills to enhance their academic and social participation. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports complying with educational standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success. Adapt therapy interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across all grade levels. Qualifications and Experience: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required. Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility and openness to collaborating in a changing environment under new administrative leadership.
