Responsibilities include: Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12 and preschool transitions Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) Providing consultation and support for behavioral interventions and academic strategies Assisting in crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school community Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations Preferred qualifications and experience: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working in K-12 educational settings, preferably with knowledge of preschool transition processes Strong assessment, diagnostic, and consultation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills This contract position primarily serves the Upper Scioto Valley area and offers 4 days of services per week, with the possibility to expand to 5 days based on needs and availability. The caseload includes students from kindergarten through 12th grade, in addition to managing preschool transition processes.
