This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting in Webster, NY. The role is on a contract basis for the 2023-2024 school year, focused on delivering high-quality speech and language support to students.

Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Leading therapy sessions to address speech and language goals effectively Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on student progress routinely Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Educating and involving families in the therapy process to support student development Qualifications and desired experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New York Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues To qualify for this position, you must hold an active license approved by the New York State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be working toward a Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology. This contract offers a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits, supported by an advisory team of experienced SLPs located within the state.
