Qualifications and Desired Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in school settings and exposure to healthcare environments Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or SLPA experience valued Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients needs Collaborate closely with caregivers, families, and professionals including Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs) Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed clinical documentation Provide teletherapy services when applicable alongside in-person care Benefits of this role include engagement with a diverse caseload and opportunities to work alongside multidisciplinary teams committed to improving communication outcomes.
