Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, organized setting Implement educational plans under the guidance of licensed staff Monitor and report student progress and behavior to teachers Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and families as needed Desired Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational support role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience and adaptability to work with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with teaching staff Knowledge of basic educational technology is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications related to education preferred Location: Aurora, Colorado This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student learning during the school year while working in a supportive educational environment.
