A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 environment located in Des Plaines, IL. This .5 contract role primarily involves working with a middle school caseload, including a self-contained Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classroom.

Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy to students, focusing on pediatric healthcare needs within a school setting. Deliver teletherapy services as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school guidelines. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC). Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings. Background in pediatric speech therapy and familiarity with school-based services. Ability to conduct teletherapy sessions effectively. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) preferred. Previous experience serving K-12 school populations, especially middle school.
