We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive K-12 school team near Irving, TX. This full-time role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and in daily life activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and create individualized treatment plans
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
Work with students on motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of students
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning for each student
Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Texas OT license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Experience: Experience in school-based settings or working with children
Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes
