We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dedicated team at a school near Glasgow, OR. This full-time role presents an excellent opportunity to provide therapy services to students, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in their academic and everyday activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities with students
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning
Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Experience: Experience in school-based settings or working with children
Knowledge of IEP development and the special education process
