Soliant is seeking a dedicated and certified Special Education Teacher to support an elementary caseload of students in grades 35 for the full 20252026 school year. This is a full-time position in a collaborative school environment with strong administrative and team support.

Provide specially designed instruction to students with IEPs in both inclusion and pull-out settings
Develop and implement effective IEPs based on student strengths and needs
Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and school-based professional development
Requirements:
Valid Washington State Special Education Teaching Certificate
Experience with elementary-aged students (3rd5th grade preferred)
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations
Commitment to inclusive practices and differentiated instruction
