Setting: Inpatient Hospital
Shift Schedule:
MondayFriday: Rotating 1st shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (1:30 PM 10:00 PM)
Rotating weekends: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Perform inpatient staffing duties in a clinical hospital environment Operate and manage automated systems including Pyxis and EPIC Verify medication orders and oversee pharmacy technician-prepared sterile compounds Support medication safety, clinical initiatives, and compliance with all applicable regulations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care Requirements: Active Michigan Pharmacist License Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required Experience with sterile compounding Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis is highly preferred This is a great opportunity for a hospital-experienced pharmacist to join a collaborative team in a fast-paced clinical setting.
